CONGRATULATIONS TO ADDI FOR GETTING HIRED BEFORE GRADUATION!!
Almost everyone has experienced being trapped in a job that becomes extremely boring, doesn’t pay enough to make ends meet, doesn’t offer any benefits, is not challenging, and doesn’t make you feel proud of what you do for a living. Or maybe you’ve just been out of the work force for so long you don’t know what to do? If this is how you’re feeling, then it’s time to consider a career opportunity!
There is a great need for Dental Assistants in today’s market place. Dental Assisting is a recession proof job because no matter what the economy is like, everyone has to have Dental work done. A Dental Assistant can find a job anywhere in the United States!
Working in a Dental Office is considered one of the most rewarding jobs because of the professional work environment, the challenge and variety of daily tasks, and meeting new patients knowing that you are helping them. The pay is great with most offices offering terrific benefits.

As our September class is coming to a close, we are so impressed with how far these students have come! They dove right into the course and set out to become an Elite Dental Assistant!
These amazing women worked together to study and learn a new career. They have learned the value of hard work and what it means to selflessly put other’s needs ahead of their own, one of the best qualities of a dental assistant!
As their 13 weeks comes to a close (boy that way fast!!!), we marvel at what an amazing group of women we have come to know, admire and appreciate.
A highlight of the program is the CPR class! If you’ve ever taken a class where the teacher is throwing out different “choking” or “lack of breathing” scenarios, you’ll understand the feeling of jumping for joy because you think you’ve revived that dummy only to see it’s found something else to choke on before you can finally pass the test!! There is no falling asleep during this fast paced hands on CPR session, and you can see by the photos the students are not only learning but having a fun time!
These dedicated students are working hard, studying intensely and preparing for their new career as dental assistants. We couldn’t be more proud!
Dental Assisting is a lot more than just sucking spit!! Dental Assistants are artists! Among the many skills a student will learn is learning to make impressions, grinding and trimming models, then creating custom trays for teeth whitening. They learn to create temporary crowns, sealants and all the while keeping the patient’s best interest at heart!
If you have the motivation and desire to change your life, call us now to set up an appointment (360) 433-0788, or email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or you can check out our dental assistant google reviews.

Once a year Elite Dental Assisting Academy selects one or more worthy recipients for our scholarship award. We are proud to honor Krista Schultz, a very worthy choice.
Krista has extraordinary drive and determination! Krista hustled during the very first weeks of the course to solidify her externship with Wendel Dental, and started putting in her hours very early. Krista is a loving Mommy, and that love shines through in her ability to work with others.
She has a unique ability to learn quickly and apply those learned skills in a professional manner. Not only does she learn quickly, she can also easily translate her knowledge into teachable instruction which is extremely helpful when pairing up with classmates who may need a little extra time perfecting a procedure. Her southern accent together with her fearless smile and compassion will light up any office!!
We at Elite feel that Krista will excel in her new career as a Dental Assistant and are excited for what the future has in store for her! CONGRATULATIONS KRISTA, WE ARE VERY PROUD OF YOU!

Dentistry is such a wonderful profession and we at Elite Dental Assisting Academy are glad to pass along our knowledge and the passion for caring for others!
We saw a shortage of qualified assistants and decided to open Elite Dental Assisting Academy a few years ago so we could focus on training students in a concentrated amount of time at a fraction of the cost.
According to the U.S. Department of Labor Statistics there is a shortage of qualified dental assistants. Most people aren’t familiar with this career choice but according to The Bureau of Labor Statistics, Dental Assisting is the third fastest growing occupation for which a college degree isn’t required. And the employment outlook for Dental Assisting is expected to grow faster than the average for all occupations through 2020.
THIS PRESENTS A TREMENDOUS CAREER OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU!
We take x-rays seriously at Elite Dental Assisting Academy! Because many of our students are from Oregon state, we know the importance of being able to pass the Radiography state exams!
It is illegal in both Washington and Oregon to practice taking x-rays on each other or friends and family, so the next best thing: DXTTR’S (Dexter). These heads (which cost between $8K-$15K!!!) are made specifically for practicing x-rays because they have anatomical teeth with roots and bone, so they x-ray just like a human head. No two Dexters are alike, their teeth are different as well as their bite.
A student must be able to complete a full set of x-rays in a limited amount of time, because as part of a student’s final exam, they must be able to complete a full set of x-rays on an actual patient. During our course you will see lots of pictures of the students taking x-rays! WE TAKE X-RAYS SERIOUSLY!!
Our spring session begins April 14th, the summer session begins June 29th. There are only a couple spots left for the April session, so DON’T WAIT!!! CALL US NOW AT 360-433-0788 OR EMAIL US.
