Before students ever work on real people, they practice (A LOT) on our phantom heads — learning hand skills, positioning, transfers, suction, and teamwork until confidence kicks in and nerves clock out.
Mistakes? Allowed.
Redo’s? Encouraged.
Awkward moments? Handled by a mannequin who never complains.
By the time students reach externship, they’re calm, capable, and ready for the real thing.
